Payment Page

This payment is made toward the purchase of the digital assets and intellectual property rights described in the Digital Asset and Intellectual Property Purchase Agreement between Buyer and Seller.

The purchase includes the assets, materials, and associated rights specifically identified in the Agreement and its exhibits. Ownership, delivery obligations, permitted uses, representations, warranties, and all other terms of the transaction are governed exclusively by the executed Agreement.

Payment through this page constitutes payment toward the agreed Purchase Price and does not modify, replace, or supplement the terms of the Agreement.
