  • Once I see that you've made your purchase, I will transfer ownership of the website to you using the email address that you provide. You'll receive an email invitation from Squarespace. All you have to do is accept the invitation by clicking the link in the email. You'll be prompted to register (or sign in) with Squarespace, and your new website will sit in your Account Dashboard.

  • One problem I found is that a lot of therapists and coaches felt intimidated by their current website platform and never updated their sites. That’s a big problem because abandoning your site hurts search engine results.

    Squarespace is the easiest website platform you'll ever use. It's code-free and designed for non-techy types.

  • Yes, but keep in mind that Squarespace websites are separate entities so you can’t merge a template with an existing site. Your new template will be an additional site in your Squarespace dashboard. Most customers with an existing site (Squarespace or not), customize the new template, connect their domain, and add a subscription to make it live. Then they cancel their subscription on their old site.

  • Squarespace provides AMAZING help guides and video tutorials. In fact, they are so good that I don’t bother making my own tutorials.

  • Yes, I offer a one-hour Squarespace website consultation service, which is a focused, expert session with me to quickly elevate your site's design, copy, strategy, or technical setup. Whether you're prepping for a launch, refreshing your copy, fixing layout issues, troubleshooting Squarespace quirks, or just seeking guidance on features like online scheduling and HIPAA‑friendly forms, I provide real‑time feedback and practical solutions. You'll wrap up with clarity, new ideas, and a post-call recap email containing notes and next steps.   • Yes, but I've included my Website CopyKit with your template purchase so you can write with confidence!

  • Yes, Squarespace allows you to purchase a domain (i.e. www.yourdomainname.com). This makes your business look official.

  • Squarespace allows you to manually edit your site in mobile view. After you have made changes to your site, be sure to check the mobile version of each edited page to ensure it looks good.

  • Yes, you can sign up for Google Workplace within Squarespace and get access to all of Google Workplace's amazing features, including a HIPAA-secure, domain-specific email. Signing up for Google Workplace in Squarespace (rather than separately) means you pay for everything in one place.

  • Yes, Squarespace offers a variety of e-commerce options. You can collect fees for your services or sell physical or digital products.

  • Yes, Squarespace offers (for an extra fee) online appointment scheduling through Acuity. Clients can quickly view your availability and book appointments or classes. They can even pay online and reschedule with a click. You can find more information about the features here.

    If you already use an EHR like Simple Practice, you can link your site to it by adding a link.

  • You can’t transfer a website from another platform to Squarespace, but you can transfer your domain.

  • Yes. Live websites are never free. Websites need to be hosted, which is another way of saying they need a platform to live on. H5 templates are built on and hosted by Squarespace. You’ll pay ongoing hosting fees to Squarespace to keep your site running and live.

  • Due to the digital nature of the products, they are non-refundable, so please make sure you have read all of the product details before you purchase.
